I am Pauline Mei-Ling Williams,  the Founder and Principal Consultant at Connectify Consulting. with over 25 years of experience in Business Development and Relationship Management (past companies include International SOS Hong Kong, Aetna Global Benefits, My Benefits (an Alliance Company), and Atrium HR Consulting). Working closely with HR and Business Professionals, my personal network has grown extensively and is still growing!  I am proud to call many of my network, friends, as well as business collaborators. and inspiring leaders.

Originally from the UK and of English and Chinese heritage, I find it a unique privilege, living in the place I have called my home, Hong Kong (since 1994), a wonderful, vibrant and diverse city of endless possibilities and opportunities.
